  • Realizing $3.6M a year in additional revenue: Through customer rounding, I discovered opportunities for medication process and product improvements regarding nursing medication documentation.
  • Savings of $500k a year: Optimized customer dictation workflow across multiple voice dictation solutions for various customer journeys.
2014 - 2019

Associate Application Analyst

  • Onboarding 109 offices: Spearheaded features and customer journey reviews of each customer segment as the product owner of the EHR messaging service. Features and workflows were created to meet the needs of each group during the company merger.
  • Rebuilt an Emergency Department charging platform by implementing a new medical coding algorithm for 264K emergency visits a year, meeting Medicaid and Medicare requirements.
